We want you to love your candles from High Candles! Here’s everything you need to know about our return and refund policy in Canada:

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at shop@highcandles.com. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom candles (e.g., special orders or personalized labels).

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and return the original item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shop@highcandles.com.
